2004 yılında Emlo İnşaat 45 gün gibi bir sürede İstanbul Beşiktaş İnönü stadının zeminini 4m indirerek 13500 kişilik ek tribün İnşaatını gerçekleştirmiştir. Betonarmenin yanı sıra 300 ton’ un üzerinde çelik imalatı yapılmıştır. Aynı zamanda mevcut stad girişleri yenilenip kapasiteye uygun yeni girişler yapılmıştır.
