History

Endustri Muhendislik Limited Ortakligi, established by Nafiz Hayirlioglu, Civil Engineer. In 1970, Emlo had been become well known in sector via its various construction projects realized in Istanbul and Ankara. It also displayed activity in mining sector as an administrator in the same years. Alparslan Hayirlioglu (Civil Engineer) , Cenk Hayirlioğlu (M. Engineer) and Duygu Hayirlioğlu (Architect) assumed to carry on quality mission of Nafiz Hayirlioglu who passed away in 1981 by leaving many work of arts in Turkish construction industry. Corporate name became EMLO Insaat Turizm Sanayi ve Dis Ticaret Limited Sirketi. EMLO Muhendislik ve Musavirlik Hizmetleri Limited Sirketi established in accordance with the requirements of construction sector in 1999. A dedicated group of talented people with academic backgrounds, driven by a compelling vision and a well defined strategy to ensure continuity of satisfaction. With a continuous focus on customers' expectations, Emlo intends to stay dynamic and innovative, to attain and maintain the highest level of professionalism. Emlo's new branch, "Delicia Homes" is presenting new projects in the Turkish Riviera. These are Vita Oliva, Vita Ambera, Vita Citrea, Vita Pinea and Plamarium Life. More projects will announce in the near future.
