The translation takes no more than an hour after which the passports returned to the buyer.

 Once the Land Registry Office has approved the application (it takes 2 months for the security and property location checks to made and approved), Delicia Homes will sign over the deed of the property to the buyer (assuming all outstanding payments have received). The costs of buying a property in Turkey are lower than the UK, but you should allow for about 3-4% of the purchase price. The main costs include a transfer tax of 3% based on the declared value of the property.
